Insieme limitato

Salve se in esercizio devo dimostrare che un insieme D è limitato ed esso è formato da x^2+y=1(parabola ) con y≥0 e poi da x+y+z=0 (piano in 3d) posso dire che cosi è limitato in quanto riesco a disegnarli?
