Si discuta la convergenza dell'integrale improprio

[tex]\displaystyle \int_{0}^{1} \frac{\sin x^2-\sin^2x}{ x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}}\,\,dx[/tex]

La funzione integranda è definita [tex]\forall x>0,x\not=1,[/tex]infatti:

x^{ \alpha }\not=0 &\to\forall x\not=0,x>0 \\
\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}\not=0 &\to \left|\ln x\right|\not=0\to x\not=1 \\
\left|\ln x\right|>0 &\to\forall x\in\mathbb{R}, x >0 \\
\end{cases}[/tex]

ed è sempre positiva in [tex][0; 1],[/tex]

[tex]\begin{cases}
\sin x^2-\sin^2x >0 &\to\forall x\in[0;1] \\
x^{ \alpha}>0 &\to\forall x\in[0;1]\\
\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}>0&\to\forall x\in\mathbb{R}
\end{cases}[/tex]


possiamo quindi considerare il confronto asintotico:

[tex]\displaystyle \frac{\sin x^2-\sin^2x}{ x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}} \stackrel{\bf (T)}{\sim}\frac{ x^2-\frac{ x^6}{3!}-\left( x -\frac{ x^3}{3!}\right) ^2 }{ x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}} =[/tex][tex]\displaystyle\frac{ x^2-\frac{ x^6}{3!}- x^2-\frac{ x^6}{36}+ \frac{ x^4}{3} }{ x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}}=[/tex][tex]\displaystyle\frac{ x^4}{ 3x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}} =\frac{ 1}{ 3x^{ \alpha-4 } \left|\ln x\right|^{\frac{1}{2}} }[/tex]

[tex]\text{converge se }\,\,\,\,\alpha-4<1\to\alpha<5[/tex]


[tex]x\to1^-[/tex]


[tex]\displaystyle\frac{\sin x^2-\sin^2x}{ x^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln x\right|}} \to\frac{\sin 1-(\sin1)^2}{ 1^{ \alpha }\sqrt{\left|\ln 1\right|}}[/tex] =[tex]\displaystyle\frac{C}{0}= +\infty[/tex]

[tex]\text{essendo \,\,\,$\sin x^2-\sin^2x>0$}[/tex]


dunque si conclude che l'integrale non converge;

Questo non va molto bene

Per quanto riguarda il problema a 0, la risposta è corretta, ma non si può ignorare impunemente il logaritmo come hai fatto tu.

Per quanto riguarda il problema in 1, è concettualmente sbagliato. Il fatto che quel limite venga +infinito dice semplicemente che l'integrale è improprio, non che diverge!!!
